GOAToberFest is a fall must for Philly families and friends, offering the chance to enjoy quality time with Philly Goat Project’s 13 friendly goats. The event, hosted by Dominique Lee, will have activities ranging from lawn games and goat photobooth sessions to goat art raffles and snacks. There’s something for everyone. Sip on a custom-labeled Oktoberfest Crunch Beer from Triple Bottom Brewing, designed by local artist Marian Bailey, whose vibrant style also appears on exclusive commemorative t-shirts and event swag. Event guests can explore beautiful Laurel Hill with a guided cemetery tour, cozy up with s’mores by the fire pit, and compete in a costume contest (Halloween and Oktoberfest attire encouraged).
The festival’s signature 2026 Goat Calendar will debut at the event, featuring professional photography by Jessica Kourkounis and creative landmark shoots across Philadelphia, including stops at the Museum of the American Revolution, the Hamilton cast, and the Sixers’ community basketball court with team mascot Franklin.
Proceeds from $75 tickets benefit Philly Goat Project, supporting their country-first multiservice goat program and a variety of community initiatives, early literacy, environmental education, animal-assisted therapy, wellness, job skills training, and bereavement support.
Join GOAToberFest on October 18 to celebrate Philly’s unique spirit and support year-round programming. Buy tickets at phillygoatproject.org/goatoberfest.
