Brandon Graham to Appear at Buzzitforward Fundraiser

The Buzzitforward Foundation is organizing a community fundraiser on Saturday, Oct. 4, in Phoenixville, featuring Philadelphia Eagles legend Brandon Graham. Proceeds from the event will benefit Good Samaritan, a Chester County organization that supports local families in need.

The event is scheduled outside the barbershop at 200 Bridge St. in Phoenixville from 1:30 p.m. to 2:40 p.m., offering opportunities for attendees to meet Graham, take photos, and support a program that provides free haircuts and mentorship to youth and families in transition.

This fundraiser builds on the ongoing mentorship efforts with Good Samaritan, led by volunteer Mike Webb Jr., who has used barbershop visits since 2023 to promote empowerment among youth.

“This fundraiser is more than just an event. It's an opportunity to bring our community together, inspire youth, and provide tangible support to families in need,” Webb told MyChesCo.com. “Having Brandon Graham join us brings incredible energy and motivation to everyone involved.”

Justin Brown, CEO of JB Sports Ventures, will host the event.

In a media release, organizers stated that attendees will come away with not only a dynamic experience meeting one of Philadelphia's most well-recognized athletes but also contribute to long-term benefits for local youth.

According to its website, the Buzzitforward Initiative is the first program of its type created to provide sponsored and prepaid haircuts and mentoring services for kids ages 7-17 who have demonstrated significant academic improvements or public service throughout their community.
