Roxtoberfest Returns to Roxborough for 13th Year with Food, Festivities & Fall Fun

Roxborough's beloved fall tradition is back! The 13th Annual Roxtoberfest takes over Ridge Avenue on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from noon to 5 p.m. This exciting street festival blends the best of Oktoberfest vibes, a classic fall festival, a mini car show, family-friendly activities, and a brand-new Scarecrow Walk connecting to Gorgas Park.

Located between Lyceum Avenue and Leverington Avenue, Roxtoberfest features live music on two stages, including the Galena Brass Band and local favorites. New this year is the community stage, highlighting local talent and businesses, plus a fresh collaboration bringing Latin American artists through Art on the Ridge and Fleisher Art Memorial.

Festival-goers can sip on New Ridge Brewing Co. beers, including Oktoberfest favorites, and explore the new Top of the Ridge beverage tent offering craft beers and cocktails. Foodies will delight in 10+ award-winning food trucks and local eateries.

The event offers fun contests like the Root Beer Stein competition for kids and the classic Beer Stein competition for grown-ups. Don’t miss the pet costume contest or the scarecrow-making event sponsored by Friends of Gorgas Park.
