Former model and reality TV personality Yolanda Hadid is selling her historic 32-acre estate in Bucks County. The Solebury lavender farm, which she purchased in 2017 for under $4 million and extensively renovated into a luxurious family retreat, is on the market for $10.89 million, according to realtor Steven Dome.

The listing is held by Carl Gambino of the Gambino Group at Compass and Revi Haviv of Addison Wolfe Real Estate.

The estate features a restored 1800s farmhouse with three bedrooms, five bathrooms, wood-burning fireplaces, a top-tier kitchen, and a primary suite boasting a spa-like bathroom and a custom closet. Additional structures on the property include guest cottages, a large entertainment barn, equestrian facilities featuring dressage and jumping arenas, and outdoor amenities such as a pool, vegetable gardens, and a meditation labyrinth.

The property has served as a family sanctuary, hosting her children, Gigi, Bella, and Anwar Hadid, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. There, they enjoyed horseback riding, planting lavender, and enjoying farm life.

Hadid described the farm as a healing sanctuary, a place to reconnect with nature and her roots. She said the property was integral in helping her recover from Lyme disease and dealing with other personal challenges.

Hadid explained to The Wall Street Journal that she originally bought the property to be close to her children in New York City. She plans to downsize now that her children have moved to other parts of the country, according to the newspaper.

According to an Architectural Digest report, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star personally designed the interiors of the property.

“This farm has been my sanctuary, a place where I healed, where my children returned to their roots, and where our family shared many seasons of joy,” Hadid told Architectural Digest via email. “Now, as life has shifted and my children are adults and have homes of their own, it is time to pass this land to its new custodians.”
