Field of Screams, a renowned haunted attraction in Lancaster County, is celebrating Halloween with haunted experiences that will continue into November for thrill seekers.
On Friday, Oct. 31, Halloween night, guests can witness a headline performance by The Ben Ginder Band. The performance is included with admission to Field of Screams.
Beyond Halloween night, however, the fright continues. According to a news release, Field of Screams will remain open on select dates throughout November for fans who want one final round of scares before the season ends. Visitors can experience all four of the attraction's main haunts — the Haunted Hayride, Den of Darkness, Frightmare Asylum, and Nocturnal Wasteland — along with entertainment and food vendors.
Located at 191 College Ave. in Mountville, the attraction opens its gates at 6:30 p.m. on operating nights. Tickets are available online and at the gate.
Since opening in 1993, Field of Screams has become a popular Halloween tradition in the mid-Atlantic region. The attraction is known for its high-quality effects, professional actors, and outdoor terror experiences, and has been featured by outlets like USA TODAY, the Travel Channel, and The Philadelphia Inquirer. Founded by brothers Gene and Jim Schopf, the site has grown into one of the leading haunted attractions in the United States, continually updating its experiences to deliver spine-tingling scares and spooky Halloween memories among visitors.
