Getty Royalty FreeOcean City's summer 2026 beach tags went on sale on Saturday, Nov. 22, at a discounted price of $30. This price will remain valid through May 31, 2026. On June 1, the price will increase to the regular cost of $35.
Only seasonal beach tags are currently available. Weekly ($20) and daily ($10) tags will be offered for sale only during the summer season.
According to OCNJDaily.com, beach tags will be required for all beachgoers ages 12 and older, and they will be in effect from June 1 through Sept. 7.
Seasonal beach tags can be purchased online at store.ocnj.us. They are also available in person at the following locations:
- 46th Street Welcome Center: Friday through Sunday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Aquatic & Fitness Center (17th Street and Simpson Avenue): Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Saturday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- City Hall (861 Asbury Ave.): Daily, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Henry Knight Building (12th Street and Haven Avenue): Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Route 52 Causeway Welcome Center: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
