The City of Philadelphia tested a new traffic pattern after the Eagles game on Black Friday against the Chicago Bears on Nov. 28, designed to speed up exits from the parking lots at Lincoln Financial Field.

After the game, drivers heading to the Walt Whitman Bridge and I-76 East were directed to Darien Street from Pattison Avenue and up to the on-ramp at Packer Avenue. Packer Avenue eastbound was closed at 10th Street.

The closure on Packer disrupted the regular routes for fans who parked in any of the lots west of 10th Street: lots Q, R, V, W, and X. Those who parked in these lots needed to take Broad Street or Front Street to get over the bridge or onto I-95, according to a 6abc report.

The city did not confirm whether the tested traffic pattern will be implemented at any point for the remaining Eagles games this season.
