Manayunk has launched a season-long holiday festival featuring extensive lights, trolley rides, a 30‑foot tree, and more than 40 decorated businesses that will turn the Manayunk community into a winter wonderland.

Manayunk Gets Lit Decorating Competition

More than 40 businesses have adorned their shops with glowing rooftops, glittering windows, festive doors, and over 80,000 lights. Don't miss the 30-foot holiday tree during your visit. Guests can also vote for their favorite “Get Lit” display. Every vote gives visitors a chance to win a $200 Manayunk Shopping Spree.

Manayunk Jolly Trolley

The free Jolly Trolley runs December 4–20 on Thursdays and Fridays from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., looping Main Street for about 20 minutes with convenient hop‑on, hop‑off stops.

Weekend Entertainment

Manayunk's weekend holiday scene comes alive with Santa, elves, The Grinch, Rudolph, the Philadelphia Freedom Band, and Philly Accents, plus kids can create ornaments and make and decorate cookies at the Manayunk Welcome Center, located at 106 Grape St.

Hanukkah Celebrations

Hanukkah festivities include a candle lighting on Thursday, Dec. 18, at 6 p.m. at Canal View Park with Mt. Airy Chabad. The celebration continues with the Eight Crazy Nights Instagram giveaways and ongoing treats at the Manayunk Welcome Center during the holiday.
