5 Bucks County Communities Among Wealthiest in Area

Some of the wealthiest communities in the Philadelphia area have Bucks County ZIP codes. A report by Todd Romero of the Philadelphia Business Journal confirms the area's high-value real estate.

According to BUCKSCO.TODAY, the report was based on data from the U.S. Census Bureau across nine counties covering the Philadelphia region in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.  

Top locales show very high homeownership rates for Doylestown, Furlong, Richboro, and Washington Crossing. These communities are all ranked among the top five townships with homeownership rates over 92%.
