Five Chester County workplaces have been highlighted among the top local employers in the Philadelphia region.
The ranking is based on a survey conducted by the Philadelphia Business Journal in collaboration with Quantum Workplace. This survey evaluated culture, compensation, benefits, and trust in leadership at every workplace nominated for the honor.
According to employee responses, the following five Chester County businesses were recognized on their list of the top local employers:
- Alera Group in Berwyn
- First Resource Bank in Exton
- Green Lawn Fertilizing/Green Pest Solutions in West Chester
- Greencastle Consulting in Malvern
- Haverford Systems in Downingtown
About the Honorees
- Alera Group in Berwyn was named as a top large employer. It provides a range of wealth management services and planning for businesses, families, and individuals.
- First Resource Bank in Exton is a community bank with locations in West Chester and Wayne. First Resource Bank was ranked as one of the region's best medium-sized employers.
- Green Lawn Fertilizing/Green Pest Solutions in West Chester was honored as a premier large employer. The company provides lawn, tree, and pest control solutions to residents across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
- Greencastle Consulting in Malvern, ranked as a top medium-sized employer, offers consulting services for various industries and financial needs.
- Haverford Systems in Downingtown was named one of the region's best medium-sized employers. Haverford Systems provides various audio-visual services, including restaurant background music and displays, corporate “Zoom rooms,” and the installation of live streaming technology.
