Projections for 2025 anticipate approximately 126.4 million visitors to New Jersey, anchored by the following eight cities that are driving a tourism revolution in the state.

Asbury Park is portrayed as a cultural and bohemian hub, with a revitalized arts scene. Landmark venues like the Stone Pony boost the local arts economy and promote Monmouth County tourism.

Atlantic City is showcased as a flagship destination with casinos, nightlife, and major events such as the Atlantic City Airshow and the Miss America Pageant. Together, they collectively support approximately $8.1 billion in tourism spending and more than 50,000 jobs.

Cape May is a historic Victorian retreat that drew approximately 12 million visitors in 2024, according to Travel and Tour World. Cape May County tourism spending reached around $8.1 billion, with solid overnight stays totaling about 7.4 million.
