The Jersey Shore BlueClaws are seeking dozens of part-time seasonal staff for the 2026 season across multiple departments. Positions include game-day operations, concourse and suite-level food and beverage, back-of-house food and beverage, merchandise and retail, production, promotions, Claws Crew, grounds crew, and the clean team.
Game-day operations roles include box office, security, parking, bat boys, and boardwalk game attendants.
Production roles include camera operators and announcers, as well as promotions staff, including on-field emcees and mascot performers.
A job fair is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 10, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at ShoreTown Ballpark, 2 Stadium Way in Lakewood.
According to an NJ Advance Media report, all applicants for the positions must be at least 16 years old by April 1 and available to work nights and weekends. Positions run through the last home game in September, although opportunities may arise for additional work at team and ballpark events as needed. Onboarding and training begin in March.

Opening Night is April 7 against the Brooklyn Cyclones, the New York Mets' affiliate.
The BlueClaws are the High-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies. Some of the BlueClaws' most famous alumni include 2006 National League MVP Ryan Howard and 2008 World Series MVP Cole Hamels.
