Service to Tampa was scheduled to begin on June 11, but according to a Cherry Hill Courier-Post report, the service date has been postponed to July 1. Flights to Tampa will be nonstop and will operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Introductory fares for the Tampa route start at $79 one-way, as Breeze Airways announced in a news release.
“Atlantic City is one of our newest markets, and we're excited to already be expanding our service there,” David Neelman, founder and CEO of Breeze Airways, said in the release. “The addition of Tampa gives our guests a great Florida destination and reinforces our commitment to growing in the community.”
“We're pleased to see our newest airline partner, Breeze Airways, expand its plans even before launching services at ACY,” Stephen Dougherty, South Jersey Transportation Authority executive director, stated in the release.
Passengers at ACY can buy Tampa tickets on the Breeze Airways website.
