ACE Pickleball Club Downingtown has opened a new facility with 12 courts at 945 E. Lancaster Ave. in Downingtown. The club is free to the public through April 27.

According to The Daily Local News, ACE Pickleball Club Downingtown is part of a 30-location ACE Pickleball Club franchise co-owned by Savan Manvar and Mayank Jasni. This members-only club offers open play and does not take reservations. Booking in advance is not required.

Jasni noted that the sport's social, welcoming atmosphere suits beginners and seasoned players.

The climate-controlled courts at ACE Pickelball Club feature top-tier amenities. They include cushioned flooring, glare-reducing lighting, access to the latest paddles with quarterly refreshes and discounts, a complimentary Titan ball machine for solo practice, and a free app for videotaping and analyzing play.

Courts measure 20 by 44 feet with 34 by 60 boundaries. Games play to 11 points, and matches typically last 10 to 15 minutes.

Structured training is offered across three levels — Starters Series, Essential Series, and Performance Series — with each member entitled to one guest per month.

The club also hosts quarterly national competitions, reserved for ACE members only, offering $300,000 in prize money. According to the Daily Local News, an employee visits the courts during the competitions with a player's kit that includes bottled water, razors, clean rackets, and more, all at no charge to members.

Harna Panchal spoke about the experience at ACE Pickleball Club Downingtown to the Daily Local News. “I like staying healthy and making connections,” he said. “We didn't have anything like this in Downingtown: indoor courts.”

ACE Pickleball Club Downingtown is open Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturday, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Sunday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, call 610-835-1788 or visit the club's website.
