Morey's Piers & Beachfront Water Parks in Wildwood has announced it is hiring workers for the summer.
According to a Cape May County Herald report, Morey's plans to hire up to 1,500 seasonal employees for roles such as ride operations, lifeguards, game operators, food and beverage operations, servers, bartenders, and admissions. Eligibility starts at 14 years old and includes limited positions for those younger than 18. Those interested in summer employment are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
Wage information and employment applications are available on the Morey's Piers website.
To announce its summer hiring, Morey's Piers premiered a 2026 recruitment campaign, The Real Summer Jobs of Morey's. The reality TV-inspired series showcases what goes on behind the scenes at Morey's Piers.
“We want people to see that working here is a real, formative life experience,” said Denise Beckson, vice president of human resources at Morey's Piers, in a statement shared with the Cape May County Herald. “You meet people from around the world, build real, lasting friendships, and gain skills that stay with you long after summer ends. Tapping into the reality TV format lets us showcase that in a way that feels honest, entertaining, and culturally relevant.”
